ressurecting DL?

I was thinking about DL a bunch recently so i decided to check the forums and saw that you were ressurrecting it. Is it working and do ppl actually play on the server? Cuz if it is then maybe ill start being active again 
Because of all the clans ive been in from all the games ive played, DL (when it was really active) was the best by far
