no, i meant:
HOW: use only in ppl who want to and only on them. thats the more strict rule about its use. also some weapons/forces shall not be used cuz of several reasons (like causing lag).
WHEN: not on a crowded server.. only when a few r or only DL members or if we have manage to make a game with all clinets emped or termed
taht teh basic ideas of HOW and WHEN i wrote be4. They can be analyzed even more but there s no need here. i was just giving teh general idea.
