Speed Racer Empty Speed Racer

I just came back from the movies after seeing Speed Racer, and I was thrilled that a childhood cartoon I used to watch had been made into such an amazing movie. The visuals were stunning and the colours were extremely vibrant. My overall perception was that this was the best movie I had seen all year.

Anyone else seen it? If you haven't then you definitely should.

No, it's already released in Europe for quite a time, but I think (haven't seen it (yet)) that it looks a bit childish. Razz

I know everyone is saying it the trailers looked childish and bad, but the movie is just really good imo.

Yea, it's alway a matter of taste. Also, the trailers can give a whole different image of the movie than it really would be.
