Question.

When I run jk2 with other programs like music players,the player always move not smoothly,it has nothing to do with lags.It's like the screen cant follow the player.

I try to lower the video settings but it seems not to improve.

I try to run other newer games with those programs but nothing is affected.

Is there a way to solve this,do you need some command or what

what are your pc specs? maybe you dont have much ram or your cpu sucks

most probably hardware related
but i would still update my drivers and run av scan
try to turn ur hardware acceleration back a notch at a time and c if that resolves the issue.
btw what kind music player is it?

Probly the one that plays music.

it's called tt player,but I have already minimized it as an icon on the right down corner.

Get itunes..or someshit.
