Collins College: another game development course ad. It's funny how the guy says "He should go this side" (pointing right) and the model goes left. At the end of the scene (not the video, but the scene of the kids) you can see the left (your right) kid making a face "I hate my life". The other dude's head is not proportional to his body.

Browns College: the most realistic one. But still far-off. The 'programmer' uses edit in dos prompt. That guy must be burned alive. After our big pal Justin asks 'Wanna do this?", you quickly traverse the 4 students again, but the 4th one apparently works while his monitor is powered off. I don't understand Justin's last words. "Get Collins College to ~~~~~~".

Why do Universities and respectable institutions create these false advertisements? People get into game development with the wrong ideas, and with the wrong mindset.

i think i can tell u y... cuz the majority of the advertisements is low level
and nothing u see in an advertisement is what u get in reality
i just want to "kill" myself while i see one in the TV or listen it in the radio... so stupid...

Also, for people who want to get into game development, either get your Computer Science degree (for programmers) or your Art degree (for artists). This is what game companies look for (together with your portfolio). If the game dev industry doesn't work out, you have something to fall back on aswell.
