Re: SOTW #55
devnucleus.110mb.com
I wrote 2 different Tic-Tac-Toe games, which contained unbeatable AI (Shadow Knight from Cold is the only one who could beat it, and his strategy is incorporated, so now it's virtually undefeatable), a Guess-The-Number game (first project ever) and a Worms clone for my Latin course.
Currently I'm busy with 2 different game dev projects, my own operating system, a programming book, learning how the Windows Application Programming Interface works, and delving into the .NET Framework.
Creating a sig is a hard task for me, since I know nothing at all about graphical stuff or tools, and I want it to at least look like it's decent. I'm not one of those people who can semi-magically whip together something nice in a short time.

How are game designing and websites linked to sigs? Just because games and websites may contain advanced graphical content, does not mean they do. You've succumbed to the inductive fallacy, that just because X number of websites/games contain such gfx skills, then all of them will - which is of course not true.
Besides in case you didnt know, although it's fairly fucking obvious, Boomlala programmes said items. Games and websites can exist perfectly without advanced graphical additions, for instance those advanced enough to make a sig.
Ergo, you fail.
Good day and good night.

Lol, Dem. You obviously don't know that games ain't made in photoshop. And website designing is WAY different from sigs tbh.

Re: SOTW #55
A friend with skills in PHP made the website for me (as I am too busy with other things to learn a website programming language), I am merely a content provider who knows just enough PHP to add articles and create titles.
My games have all been written in C++ (the first version of Guessing Time in C) and I currently use the Visual Studio Integrated Development Environment (Professional) to build my programs.

Re: SOTW #55
The GT games are boring and lost.
The TTT games were quite interesting but unfortunately lost.
And the small Worms clone is not lost (the code however is), and will be uploaded.

You're just picking a quarrel. What does it have to you wether he makes a sig or not? You didn't make one yourself.

You give an unreasonable statement, get a counter argument showing that you truly fail, and that's your answer. Way to go, man.

I know, and from now on all my games will have their place in my backup directory. I was lucky Laocoon Snake got hosted to the school network, or it was lost aswell.
