Boomlala [serious]
I had to introduce myself to a new clan recently, and I thought of putting it here, so here it is.
Hello everyone, my name is Boomlala.
I am a Belgian junior high school student, currently enrolled in the course Latin-Math. My prospective career is engineering (probably applied physics, but I'm not sure yet). My favorite subject is Math without doubt. I can speak 4 languages (Dutch as native tongue, fluent in English, proficient in French and basic understanding of German (but since I know Dutch, I can improvise on the spot and make myself understandable)) and I can translate Latin texts, if given enough time. I like 80s music, classical music, Nobuo Uematsu's work and some modern songs. My favorite movies are K-PAX and A Beautiful Mind. I have neglected reading for a long time but I'm getting back into it (recently read Animal Farm).
I have lead 3 JK2 clans, and I've never been in a clan without being some kind of leader at a point. I consider myself a casuistic problem solver and strongly dislike drama and gratuitous roleplaying (as a leader, not in games). I play games to have fun, not to be competitive.
I have several hobbies. I like to program, and am currently busy with my programming book (The C++ Primer, 4th Ed.), a videogame project in C++ (a Tic-Tac-Toe clone with undefeatable artificial intelligence and expansive music player abilities), my own operating system (very early stage, in C++) and learning how to develop .NET applications in C#. I (ofcourse) like to play games, currently World of Warcraft and Commander Keen I (old DOS-game). My favorite games have to be DOOM II, Fallout 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and World of Warcraft. I own a PC and PS3, and have owned a PS1 (lost), PS2 (my parents use it as a DVD player) and a SNES (sold). Like I told, I'm getting into reading again, by starting off with some classic books I've never read (Lord of the Flies, Animal Farm, 1984, Predator). When it's holidays, I also like to watch television, especially movies. I dislike going to the cinema.
Anymore you want to know? Ask and I'll respond.

Yes. It works pretty well. If I hadn't told anyone, I don't think anyone would have really noticed.

Have you ever met a girl?
If yes, you ever groped her?
if no, are you scared?
if yes I laugh at you.

Re: Boomlala [serious]
Why the renewed interest?
Yes. No. Sexual Assault.
'Something fun' is subjective. Concert/parties? No, I'm an individualist. Above all I like being alone better than anything else.

Re: Boomlala [serious]
Sorry to bring this up but I'm in a mood for writing. xD
Yea it's all about what you like to do with your life. If others like to party hard and go to concerts you don't have to like it.
I like to be by myself occasionally, as well, but I prefer company most of the times.
We're all different, so let us be. We'll all be equally assholes anyway, no matter what.
Although I would say that you should try things out before you say you don't like 'em. Do many things in your life, so that in the bead near your death you can be glad you have done much and had a fullfilling life.
Would suck balls to realize as a 70-year-old granpa that you haven't done shit in your life.
Spontaneity is the salt of life, you know.
But again, it's your life of course. I'm not here to judge others' lives with this crappy of my own lol
Whoa, I got deeeeeeep

Drinking a bit is fun if both sexes do it. It makes them a little more loose. Plus drunk chicks is funny.

Yea that was fun in the beginning.. Now it's just bloody annoying not to hear your own voice and get pushed around by drunken idiots.
I so much prefer more quiet pubs where the music is at a reasonable volume and there are even seats free.
