NO it isnt they never bring command and conquer on ps3 and this game is a legend!!!

they have, i remember a C&C game that was released in consoles (only i think) many years ago and u control it with the gamepad 
thats like trying to play ur dick with a pair of chinese foot sticks >.>
an rts game cannot be played properly with at least a mouse and if u know how to play them good ur left hand on ur keyboard works all the time. Both keyboard and mouse r needed!
the case is kinda similar with the fps games in consoles xD although i think with teh rts games its even worse xD

RTS on console FAILS! RTS is a PC genre and will always be.
Also, there was a C&C game on PSX, I forgot the name, Retaliation or something (I have it).

I played Red Alert 3 also. And well it get's boring after a while. But that's just my taste. It looked cool though.
