Anyone remember this clip

It starts at 0:13. I know it's not this song, but this asshole just pasted this song over a compilation of music video clips, one of which is pertaining greatly to my interest.
So yeah, the music video starting at 0:13 (with the bald Agent 47 lookalike, and the dancing lingerie models), which song did it originally belong to? Any insight on this would be very much appreciated. I remember it had a kickass auto-tune part.
