.m4a combined with .MOV?
If I record with my Voice Memo on my iPhone (like any recorder) I get the file in .m4a
If I record with my camera I get the file in .MOV
Now, when I record when I play guitar with my camera the audio quality is shit, unlike when I record with my Voice Memo
And I want a clip where I play guitar and the audio quality is excellent so I need to combine the audio track with the video track somehow. How do I do that? I mean, should I convert the video file to .AVI and the audio file to .MP3 and then put them together in a video editing software?
Shit is complicated.

Re: .m4a combined with .MOV?
I can answer that.
When you record with the camera you usually point the camera toward the place where you play guitar, so the mic isn't as close to the instrument as it is when you record with the Voice Memo (since you are looking for the best sound obviously, so you put the mic near the guitar)
The question remains, though: how do I combine the audio file with the video file? .
I hate Apples own formats. Fuck them.

Just combine them in a video software. It should work I think.
Or you could just try to enhance your camera sound with an audio software.

Yeah. I guess I'll just use dad's video editing software then ...
