Without a doubt one of the most enthralling, gorgeous and incredibly rich games I've ever played. Once you get over the difficulty bump and get your equipment going on, the game hooks you and doesn't let go. Was completely addicted the past weekends. Just kept going and going, doing pretty much every sidequest I could find. It was extremely cool how you're put 'above the law' and get this fantastic ship and crew to do whatever with, and it was just fun kicking ass throughout the galaxy. Every character in the game, both friend as ally, is great, with fantastic voice acting. Wrex is probably my favorite companion character ever
Spoiler:
, and Garrus had this really cool pupil-master touch. Just talking to everyone after each main mission and getting their thoughts was cool. Reporting to the Council, the interviews, they all made the world feel alive.

Spoiler:

So yeah, totally looking forward to playing Mass Effect 2. Gonna buy the game next weekend.

You ever played it? Your thoughts?

Finally.
;P

Mass Effect 2 is great as well, the gameplay is a bit different though, but still.. It's fantastic! I wonder how ME 3 will look like. :]
If my Xbox360 wasn't broken, I'd probably play it again, too bad about all the data lost now. (not gonna buy xbox again, so I'll guess I'll buy ME3 on PC Razz)

Yeah, it's cool your save game can be imported. All those decisions that will have an effect in ME2 and ME3.

What's your opinion on the Virmire mission? You know, Kaidan and Ashley.

Extremely fun mission, invading Sarrus' base and hearing the Salarian troops holding the line (lol). Helped them out as much as I could. Had Kaiden on the bomb and Ashley defending, decided to go for Kaiden since I reckoned the bomb was more important for the mission. Ashley's fate made me sadface but I think these kinds of things makes this game the cinematic experience it is. Kind of like Armageddon.

Both Wrex' talk before the mission and Sovereign were some of the conversational highlights of the game.

Should I buy the DLC's now or after finishing it vanilla? I heard you can continue after the ending.

I suggest you play 'lair of the shadow broker' after the ending. Buy all the other DLC, especially Zaeed.

Played it for six hours straight today. Goddamn this series is addicting.

Awesome that Garrus is back on the team. Played a lot with him in ME1 too. Don't like Cerberus though.

Can only play it during the weekends, so no. I have Jack, Mordin and Grunt (and Garrus) on the team.
