Yesh I decided to buy a new one...
how does "GeFORCE 8600 GT, 512 MB DDR2, 540 MHz Core, 16x Full-screen anti-aliasing" sound?
It's good Very Happy

I want the magic Xavior-comments, lol or Colin ofcourse Very Happy or anyone else who knows more about it then I do.... even waterbottle i guess

The 8600GT is quite the solid card, it'll play anything you throw at it on decent settings, but I'm curious, what's the price?

If you can afford it, I'd highly recommend you spending a little more and getting the 8800GT.

8600gt was the best they got, or else I needed to go to another city and stuff 0_o
So i bought it.. I'm not really into the newest things at all.. cause I need a memorycard also..

The performance on the 9000 series is pretty shitty, and the 8600GT actually outperforms it.

It's a good card for the price you gave, and since you are also investing in a piece of ram too, you should see a good amount of improved performance.

8800gt is the best. but i hear they love to heat up fast. maybe some "thicker" model...like 9800GTX? lil bit better than 8800gt but cooler mmmmmmmmmmm.

Only the original 8800GTs had some heat issues. They've come out with two remodels since then, but even then, the heat really wasn't a big deal unless you lived in really hot places like Australia.

i dunno reviews sounded pretty "hot" Razz

but anyway they are hard to get...atleast here. Peeps are crazy for 8800gt model (512)
