Googled:
"Type some big sentence in any text editor (notepad, word, wordpad, etc). Select the text by pressing Ctrl + A. Press Ctrl + X. If the text disappears then there is nothing wrong with the copy paste. Now Press Ctrl + V. If the text reappears, then what the hell is the problem? No Problem. They should work properly.

If when you press Ctrl + X or Ctrl + A and the text does not disappear/get selected then maybe Stick Keys are enabled. Press the Shift key 5 to 6 times. Now try repeating the procedure. If the problem still persists, try rebooting."

My suggestions:

Scan with your anti-virus software

If none of the above works, Try to use system restore.

start bar > all programs > accessories > system tools

Lel just restore.. Always nice to start fresh.. I've had to do it about 2 times already this year (cause all the overclocking screws up when its done wrong).
