Today is the day that scientists are going to use their latest technology to find out about the "Big Bang" in Switzerland.

They build a 7 billion Euro machine (Large Hadron Collider) to find out how the big bang was caused, and what happens when it bangs....

People are terrified of this sort of sience, and call this day Doomsday. They think that this machine will cause a Black Hole, and will swallow the earth and everything in its way.
Scientist say that there could be Black Holes, but they would be so tiny, and evaporise in just a few seconds.
