my internet hates me :(

internet keeps getting stuck loading random pages like photobucket and youtube movies just freeze at certain points without reason. I've tryed all browser, nothign helps and it's pissing me off and making me wana cry 
anyone has an idea what this could be? (I don't think it's a virus cause I just reformated my pc)

my internet only fails me when I play Guild Wars.

nope i'm at scarlet and I've had it a lot (sometimes it's over but then it starts again)
