but i would suggest to go out and have some free running (or parkour)
but i guess the video game will be something like Tony hawk without a board xD

That's 'Le Parkour' aka. Parkour that freerunning you're chatting about, I think. It looks cool, and probably is too.

parkour is different from freerunning
except if they combined them in games xD
ye i think i have also heard about that one coming.. but im not sure if its that 0o

parkour is in a parcour, ofcourse. doing tricks in a certain parcour..
Freerunning is just using all the elements around you to perform tricks.
