Re-mastering 15 min of very old an damaged video will take me 3 whole fucking days.
Been adjusting settings for several hours to make sure I wouldn't screw anything up because of the render time. I think the outcome is great compared to how it looks straight from the tape.



And yeah I'm the fat little kid on the old lady's lap there. My first Christmas xD

I sorta am, its for my grandmother, that video is the only one with my grandfather on, he died 2 days after that video was made so its very valuable to her. Christmas present.

My only use of Premiere Pro will be to contain the quality (more than WMM), to add titles, and maybe to add a funky effect now and then. I'll learn as I go.

True, I doubt they consider regular users a problem when it comes to piracy as most of them can't afford it anyways. They are more interested in commercial companies using pirated versions.

Feels better to actually own the package though.
