I prefer jogging on the outside with changing scenery and fresh air. Then go lifting weights in the gym.
And of course my precious drums and piano are me hobbies, but they no sport.

You could just start sports to improve your physical shape and stamina. Of course you mentioned that you're a heart patient or have some other physical obstacles whatsoever, so that makes it harder.

Usually heart problems are due to smoking/lack of exercise, the heart becomes weak as u all know its a muscle..
