IE popups Empty IE popups

Post by *Hule* Wed Nov 18, 2009 10:04 am

I'm not using it, not in this life lol, but my mate's dad is.
How to get those annoying popups hell out of there? I didn't find any options anywhere. Any info?

Yea and I've already suggested to stop using it and stay away from it, but apart from that, solutions PLZ

All I know is AdBlocker which is a Firefox add-on. The Service Packs that you install on IE automatically block popups I think (yeah, I googled it)

IE will always have pop ups really even with pop up blockers you still get the ocassional Sepret window mode popup for like the casino games like 888 and all that.

but you can get google tool bar and avg tool bar and youll block like 99% of pop ups so i guess thats all i can give you on that to be honest.

I told them, to stop using it, but the IE popups pop up even if they're browsing the Internet with another browser, eg Mozilla.
I was wondering.. Is it possible to uninstall IE from the system and never see it again? Or is it some forever-attached microsoft shit?

You can uninstall it forever, but it lags your pc. So don't do it.

dunno but deleteing windows software doesnt go to well with the system ever in general.
but you could like delete all shortcuts and then make google crome or whateva you use as default browser.
then just dont use IE and you shouldnt have that many problems with pop ups unless you get a virus and you get pop ups in ie even when you arnt using IE thats the only time when you should have pop ups in IE without even using it.
