i have an e350 (pretty shit i know), and i have the data cable and i downloaded pc suite 3 ( a software that lets you transfer data). and i also installed the phone usb drivers, but it will not like my phone connect to the software
and i herd something about the usb needs to be in modem mode or something, can you help me out please?

I'd need the phones manual to tell you that, if you have it you can read it in there. But really. Goto Samsungs home page and send them a mail about it. You will have an detailed answer within a day or two

so there is no such thing as usb mode settings on your actual usb ports

Settings are done in your phone
