fucking gymnastic testa today <_<

so ye we had to run for 12 minutes non stop..

i only runned 2-3 km something >.>

and then we needed to do a str test thingy to 0.o

55kg..

ARG IM TIRED.....

lol when i was doing sports on track i was running for 10-15 mins only for warm up lololol

I think Joel means the test that's caller The Cooper Test in Finland.

There one must run 12 minutes as fast as possible and check how fast you can go.
I'm glad it got skipped with me since I started from the 2nd P.E course. xD

we have a simler thing in england its not so bad just gotta be fit i can run for hours i did my 11 mile sponserd walk and ran it all so i could go home quicker...
also have the bleep test if u heard of it a small distance run back and forth and it gets faster must make it back before the nex beep i cant rember what i got since it was along time ago and i go to college now doing mecanics ^^

pfft i am over weight yet i can still run for ages its just pure stamina u need to have a high stamina push your self and u will get high stamina lvl this is serious thats why i can run for so long cause i always push myself
