Alright, top left part of the shield (three yellow lions on red bg) represents England, where majority of our members are from and also our server's location.
Top right part of the sheld (yellow lion on blue bg) represents our monarch and home of HM.
Bottom left part of the shield (yellow starts on blue), quite obviously represents mainland of our clan.
Bottom right part of the shield (slovenian coa) represents Daryo, our server host and oldest councillor.
Angry white goats (or something like that) and the British noble arm on top represent rest of our members, living in former British countries (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and USA)
