cobra photoshop installation noobness

ok so my daddy told me about a month he will get my a new psu for MY comp
but i realized he was bullshitting me
so i decided to install photoshop on this shitty 2.2 ghz slow as f u c k pc
and i tried to install photoshop and this happens

someone like xaviour or haldir, please help me

I had a similar error too once when I tried to copy something from an USB stick to a pc
It had plenty of space left but it gave error that it was full :S

Not sure what to think, might require some temp space in C, but I doubt thats the issue.

Uhm Can't you move something over to D so you fill the required space missing, then install to D and see if it works. You can then move the stuff back to C again.
