no country should allow any kind of gun/weapon to noone.

I think there should be some tests to see wether one is capable of possessing a gun. Luckily there are some restrictions and changes coming here to improve that sector.

If you want a weapon here, you need too pass a very hard test to achieve the license.

the gun and bullet is just a TOOL to kill a person.
At least that is how I see it.

our school was closed this monday because someone threated to do a massacre like this.

Nah, but you need bullets in your gun to make it kill someone. It doesn't shoot anything itself, you know.

Perhaps but the gun can do much more damage to a person then a loose bullet.
