My bro somehow managed to f u c k up my computer althought i clearly told him not to f u c k it up.
Windows System32 is missing or something...<.< I cant find the windows disk.....What do i do? I gotta reinstall windows and woohoo loose everything i had on the computer

I don't have a windows disk, but a second hard drive, which has a restore program on it..

enough of that crap, cause I am almost 100% positive that you don't have it >.>

I have 2 harddrives and in 1 of them Windows was installed. i had 1 harddrive for Windows/other basic stuff and 1 for Music/Porn/Games whatever

u can download a windows backup online water so you arnt totaly ownd

well if his windows booted, it would be a great idea xD

mm.. since you have all you movies and stuff on the other hardrive, id just ask someone you know for a windows disk or download one ^^

and then id just reinstall windows on your primary harddrive..
so you still have all your data and youll only have to reinstall the programs...^^

Download, extract, burn using "Image writing" not the file it self.

Enter the bios, find boot sequence, put cd/dvd as nr1. Save and exit.

Now it should boot a portable XP from the CD/DVD drive

Copy the files you wanna save over to the other drive you have or any other backup media. Once backed up, find a new XP disc, but instead of using the format options on the XP disc, try to repair the system. If this fails, format.

Get someone you know can handle this, with so many variables from design to design this can take for ever explaining how you should approach.


But

1. Bios is your motherboard's "brain" ruin it and your computer is brain dead.

2. The sequence decided if the computer will start the CD, USB or a hard drive first to look for OS/boot device.

3. If you have ever installed windows you know about it. And usually this info is given in Swedish on the disc YOU have.

4. You erase everything you have on one Partition.

I installed windows before lol. I guess it just sounda much harder in english XD

basically what u should do if u dont want to lose eveything is reinstall windows Dont Reformat then when its able to boot again make a back up of all the files u want to keep cause your pc will be very dogey it will have loads of blocks and shit u dont need then once u made this back up on like a memory stick or cd or whateva reinstall windows again and this time reformate so its wipped clean that way starting from scratch also improves pc performance then put everything u wanted to keep back on job sorted simple well not really simple but job done

If u cant cum(LOL) to windows...take the shit back to that friend that sold it to you and ask him to repair it.

Try throwing your harddrive into a waterbottle and see what happens

do as i said copy it and print it out its all the instructions u need unless your a noob and u want a very basic step to step guide...
