it doesn't need a repair, Its only a system error.

Is there any files you feel are IMPORTANT to you?

If not, just format and reinstall..

does the iso image contain the parameters for burning like ISO 9660 mode and that stuff??

u could take ur hard drive to some1 else PC an connect it there. Then if possible pull out/recover any files u might need and maybe try to fix the files from there with some tools (even the default from windows).
if they r not that importat to u tehn just format and reinstall as Xav told u >.>
