help me on a game problem?

Ok I have this problem when I start up any kinda of game like Oblivion, Zu Online pic below, and as well as my Start up screen when i turn my computer on as well as the loading screen -.- if anyone knows how to fix this please help me

Please explain a bit more, As I don't see an error message, and I can't make something out of a menu I've never seen before.
