The touch line throw is made by hands and the goalkeeper uses hands. Nothing else as far as I know.

You probably hate seeing this thread again, but whatever. I'm not here to pick up the discussion again, so don't worry. I brought this topic to an English language forum, and they took the discussion up an entire notch. Maybe 2 or 3.
